Meet Harper, a loving 1-year-old pup from Brick, New Jersey. Harper was rescued off the streets, where was abused, underweight and later diagnosed with heartworm disease. Fortunately, Harper was rescued by a loving and supporting family but needed assistance with the expensive vet bills. The Bow Wow Buddies awarded Harper a medical grant to help with the costs.
