Meet Oso, a gentle giant, full of love! Oso was unfortunately hit by a car and suffered a fractured leg. After being rushed to the ER, Oso and his pet parents were looking at massive vet bills to cover the surgery. The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation awarded Oso a grant to assist with the procedure.
