Meet Achilles, Achilles was found in the wilderness and suffered a break in hind leg which didn’t heal correctly and made his patella move out of place.
It has changed his life 100%. Prior to the surgery he couldn’t place any weight on his right rear leg and now place weight on his leg and is able to run and jump like a normal dog.
Knowing we were able to rescue Achilles and provide him with the life he deserves with help from the Bow Wow Buddies Foundation. You can really feel how appreciative Achilles is since he has been taken in and not hurting anymore.
With the support of Bow Wow Buddies Foundation, Achilles was able to get the surgery and you can really feel how appreciative Achilles since he has been taken in and not hurting anymore.

Meet Lucky, a sweetheart that lives up to her name. Lucky came from the streets and was recently adopted by a family. It was soon after she was diagnosed with cancer. The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation awarded Lucky a grant to assist with the treatment costs to eliminate the cancer. Lucky is recovering well and enjoying lots of cuddles with her new family.

Meet Bruno, loving and loyal pup who was diagnosed with a mass on his thyroid. Thankfully this mass was caught and removed early enough with no lingering effects. Bruno is completely healed and back to his typical self, chasing balls and enjoying his life. The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation awarded Bruno a grant to help assist with the surgery costs to remove the mass.

Meet Missy, a loving and playful pup who needed surgery to remove a mammary tumor. Soon after her successful surgery, Missy found her forever home with her new dad, Chris. The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation awarded Lucky and her foster mom a grant to assist with the surgical costs.

Phoebe is a fun-loving, social dog who likes just about everyone! Phoebe developed a mass on her body and they are unsure if its cancerous. With the support of Bow Wow Buddies Foundation, Phoebe was able to get the surgery she needed to remove the mass.

Meet Penny, a playful pup who loves her toys! Unfortunately, this 18-month-old lab had an obstruction in her stomach when one of her toys became stuck and surgery was needed to remove it. We’re happy to report that the surgery was successful, and Penny is doing better! However, the surgery cost was expensive and that’s when the Bow Wow Buddies Foundation stepped in and awarded Penny a grant to assist with her medical costs.

Loki is a 9-year-old pup who loves snuggles, playing and being around people. Loki finally found a forever home after being placed in 6 different homes. He suffers from Nasal Carcinoma, which is a tumor in his nasal cavity. With the support of Bow Wow Buddies Foundation, Loki received a grant to help him breath better and live a more comfortable life!

Meet Abby, a 1-year old playful pup who loves to jump and run outside. Abby was born with Luxating Patella on both legs, which means her knee caps move out of position. With the support of Bow Wow Buddies Foundation, Abby received a grant for her second surgery to repair her left knee.

This is Scout, a two-year-old lab who is service dog with Project Kenny. Shortly after being assigned to his human to begin his service duties, Scout was diagnosed with a serious bladder issue. The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation stepped in to help Scout and Project Kenny with the necessary procedures to get Scout back to helping his favorite human!

Meet Nebula, a young, playful 1-year-old American Bulldog from Houston, Texas. This sweet pup unfortunately broke her leg while running and needed surgery right away. Nebula is full of energy, so this was heartbreaking for her parents and stressful for Nebula. The medical expenses for surgery were adding up and so was the cost for recovery treatment. That’s when the Bow Wow Buddies Foundation stepped in to award Nebula a grant to assist with the treatment costs.
