Tupelo was hit by a car and suffered broken bones in front and back legs. A witness brought her to Humane Society and she was transferred to Hearts of Hope Rescue. Tupelo needed femoral head surgery and may need more surgeries. “She is doing wonderful and she is brighter with each day. The surgery literally changed her life”. With the support of Bow Wow Buddies Foundation, Tupelo received a grant to help pay for the surgery. The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation is happy to be able to assist dogs and their families who are going through difficult times.
