Merkel was a recue from Tijuana from the streets found limping badly by Animal Pad. His back leg needed amputation. “Merkel, once healed, will blossom in his foster home and eventually be adopted to his forever home”. With the support of Bow Wow Buddies Foundation, Merkel received a grant to help pay for the surgery. The Bow Wow Buddies Foundation is happy to be able to assist dogs and their families who are going through difficult times.
