Carmine’s wonderful friends at Sammy’s Hope Animal Welfare and Adoption Center refer to him as a remarkable dog, “blessed with intelligence, love, and loyalty beyond measure” and have stayed by his side when he needed emergency surgery. Although, his procedure had a positive outlook, Carmine has a long recovery ahead of him and all while still looking for his fur-ever family! Luckily, Carmine has a great team in his corner and the Bow Wow Buddies Foundation was happy to lend a paw this sweet boy!
