Billy is a super sweet boy who recently found his forever home through Sammy’s Hope Rescue. Billy tore his left Cranial Cruciate Ligament in his left knee and received a grant towards the costs of surgery and post-surgery recovery treatments. Since Billy is a younger pup he recovered quickly from the surgery.
