Baby, an owner surrender was rescued by Voices for Animal Rescue and diagnosed with heart disease and a hernia. Baby needs surgery to repair hernia and get treatment so she can find her forever home.
With the support of Bow Wow Buddies Foundation, Baby received a grant to help pay for the surgery.
